As a member of the HR Business Partner team, I currently work with an amazing regional team to support our Global Sales Organization (GSO) in APAC, and transform the careers of our talents.
Moving into the HRBP team in 2014 provided lots of learning opportunities. I honed my project management skills through executing the bi-annual Employee Voice Survey roll out in APAC, organized a successful team offsite (in partnership with our Japan HRBP) that involved external engagements, and worked with various stakeholders to develop a Manager Playbook to help our people managers in region be successful.
