- Supports Wafer Probe NPI projects (from development/initial transfer to MP release) Activities includes hardware and tester qual, hardware and program debug, production support - Loadboard and Probecard repair and troubleshooting - Final Test and Wafer Probe Hold lot/Low Yield lot disposition, verification and analysis - Customer Test Program management (debug, qualify and release to Production) - Coordinates and collaborate with internal teams and customers in resolving issues - Mentor new hires
