- Loadboard and Probecard repair and troubleshooting
- Final Test and Wafer Probe Hold lot/Low Yield lot disposition, verification and analysis
- Customer Test Program management (debug, qualify and release to Production)
- Coordinates and collaborate with internal teams and customers in resolving issues
- Mentor new hires
