Jim is an operationally astute and experienced strategic practitioner within the Criminal Justice sector. In February 2013 he was part of a small multi-disciplinary team that was commended by the Butler Trust for their innovative work creating a commercially sustainable business, The Jailhouse Cafe and Expia CIC,formed in November 2011.
He graduated in February 2014 from the Accelerate 3, the Ministry of Justice sponsored two year transformational leadership development programme.
