Jose Gramdi obtains a Master in Robotics in 1988. After a short career for a French early SCADA solution provider he starts his own activity in 1990 in Marseille. During 12 years he develops training, consulting and services in industrial information systems, real-time performance management and on-going improvement. In 2002, he joins the University of Technology of Troyes as an Associate Professor. He teaches industrial information systems and continuous improvement concepts and practices (TOC, Lean Management, Six Sigma).
