Jose Gramdi obtains a Master in Robotics in 1988. After a short career for a French early SCADA solution provider he starts his own activity in 1990 in Marseille. During 12 years he develops training, consulting and services in industrial information systems, real-time performance management and on-going improvement. In 2002, he joins the University of Technology of Troyes as an Associate Professor.
