I am building and leading a team of statisticians and analytic software developers who model player behavior to improve the experience in, and design for, massively multi-player online games. My team focuses on integrating with operational, real-time systems so we can use analytics to influence large scale processes affecting millions of players. A prerequisite of the analytics work is application of Customer Centric and Strategic Selling strategies to internal and outside studios to establish projects.
