As a bilingual/bicultural Hispanic, I decided to labor in a Hispanic advertising agency as a Dir. of Research to gain even a deeper understanding on how "We," as experts of the Hispanic market, advice Corporate America on how to best position their products/services to increase their profits by engaging Hispanic consumers in culturally sensitive approach that addresses our distintive or similar needs and wants.
