Born in Japan and graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Study of Sophia University in Tokyo.
At Nestle he dealt with business sections of Nescafe, MILO, Maggi, and other well-know brands. From 2005 he worked as a consultant at Link and Motivation Inc., a human resources consulting firm (listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange). In that capacity he had much experience contributing to the evaluation of organizations, revision of organizational cultures, as well as various projects and human resources development and research.
