I work in the Voluntary and Community Sector as the Deputy CEO for a disability charity LCiL and embed very much within the field of Equality and Diversity. I am incredibly passionate about ensuring that all people are treated with respect and dignity at all times and are given the same opportunities to living the life they wish.
