I work as a consultant for JMAC Europe, a Japanese Management Consulting Company, where I'm employed in the Innovation Management Division. I deal with Innovation and Project Management topics related to the development of new products and services. My main interest is focused on the application of Lean Thinking approach. I’ve been dealing with project management for about ten year, especially in the Space & Defense industry for international projects involving ESA (European Space Agency) and CNES (Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales). Since 2009 I am a fellow of the International Project Management Association (IPMA), where I held both at the national and international level position
