In 2004 I became an HR Freelance Professional/Interim Manager focusing on recruitment, assessment, training&development and employer branding. From this experience, I have developed a profound understanding of the specific expectations and needs of the self-employed HR Professionals.
In September 2012 I founded Cantaloupe Interim Management, an Interim Management Consultancy firm, exclusively focused on HR.
