Over the past 15 years I have helped enterprise and mid-market companies in Denmark realize tangible benefits from their CRM projects. Many companies view CRM as complex and unmanageable but businesswise important. The experience is that many CRM projects fail because they start out as a big scale project for the entire company and that it is seen as an IT project.
