I lead a team focusing on the future of support and healthcare services. By using design and innovation methodologies we co-design, prototype and scale new service solutions to support cancer patients and their families - we do this with private, public and third sector partners. The process builds on expressed and latent needs of people affected by cancer, a knowledge of the gaps in existing healthcare services and the challenges of higher demand and reduced resources. In this context empathy, creativity, multi-methods and co-creation is the only way to innovate successfully.
