Community Nutrition Worker for Sundeland Nutrition Team.
The aim of the team is to reduce the number of people in Sunderland who are overweight and who can be affected by diet related disease. We offer support to anyone who wants to achieve and maintain a healthy balanced diet as we recognise that eating a poor diet can seriously affect people鈥檚 health and life expectancy. We offer free Nutrition Information Sessions, Cook & Eat Sessions and Levels 1 and 2 in Healthier Food and Special Diets 鈥� accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health.
