Past ten years I have been the lead Architect and Subject Matter Expert for the Secondary User Service (SUS) which delivers Data warehouse capability to the NHS. SUS also provides Payment by Results processing which accounts for 拢40BN of the NHS budget. I am recognised as a leading expert in PBR as I have now completed implementation of 8 financial years of policy changes all of which were delivered on time without defects.
The chnaging organisation structure of the NHS is a major piece of my current workload and developing systems that will support these changes.
