Thinking that nobody's better than you and that you deserve something better. Close your ears to everyone's sarcastic and mean comments and cultivate self esteem. Feel good in your own skin; love yourself with all its imperfections. It takes a hell a lot of effort to achieve this, and you has the rest of your life to fight till you can say you've finally completely accomplished it, but you'll see the difference in you and in other people soon. Baby steps at first and lots of guts and will power. Yourself is all you really got.
