Mowfaq Jalil Ahmed has a PhD in Theoretical Physics/solid state physics -Semiconductors at university of salahaddin -Erbil. His research focus area is device simulation / modeling using deterministic solution of Boltzmann transport equation and Poisson鈥檚 equation. He is currently researching on:
