STRATEGIC HR POLICY MANAGEMENT
- Contribute to the analysis of the staffing needs, define HR budget needs, allocate the resources within the Agency鈥檚 establishment plan and report on budget execution;
- Define indicators to determine value and effectiveness of HR strategies and report them on a regularly basis to the Management;
- Analyse the Agency鈥檚 current and future quantitative and qualitative personnel profiles and needs;
- Use statistics to make forecasts and provide projected figures to the Management in the context of the Agency鈥檚 objectives and the Strategic Plan for Human Resources;
