Ole Conrad has done social work in the non-profit foundation based sector in Denmark since 1997. He has held managing positions all the time. He left university, political science, for a short leave, to study foundation based non-profit social work. He hasn't returned to university, yet. In 2001 he and his wife founded a new foundation, "Holmg氓rd", in nonprofit social work. The social work is inspired by Situated Learning, Positive Psychology, the values from the Scout movement, the humanistic approach and Virginia Satir. The social work during the whole period concerns juvenile delinquency.
