Since founding Bigger Picture in 2003, Ole has been delivering consulting services in the areas of strategic communication, leadership training and change processes design and facilitation.
Ole has designed, facilitated and implemented small, medium and large scale participatory processes for NGO's, public, private and intergovernmental organisations. He has developed more than 200 visual communication and dialogue tools and has delivered leadership development trainings in diverse and multicultural settings for more than 2000 people.
Ole holds a masters degree in Learning and Business Studies from Roskilde University and a degree from the creative entrepreneurship education Kaospilots...
