I am interested in learning and innovation dynamics of R&D consortium/consortia active in cutting edge technologies, and their impact on the capability development of individual organisations.
More specifically, my PhD research is focused on the microfoundations of Absorptive Capacity in R&D consortia and the role of inter-organizational Communities of Practice (CoPs) in their nurturing.
