My interest in solution development was first demonstrated in the Revenue Authority Digital Data Exchange project (RADDEx) as lead Programmer (early 2007) while at Uganda Revenue Authority, a venture to facilitate trade through exchange of customs information between Uganda Revenue Authority and Kenya Revenue Authority.
