I’m an accomplished high-altitude mountaineer & a sought-after leadership, teamwork & safety business expert.
I worked towards my own personal goal of an unguided ascent of Mount Everest, which I achieved in 2010. Standing on the summit of the world’s highest mountain reinforced my belief that the benefits of taking yourself out of your comfort zone far outweighs the initial discomfort experienced.
Today, I work with clients across the globe to help their leaders and teams get comfortable getting uncomfortable in an organizational landscape which is becoming more VUCA – that’s Volatile, Uncertain, Complex & Ambiguous – by the day.
