I worked as GP till 2011 but now spend my time running Patient Opinion which is just about the best job I've ever had. A great team and its wonderful to be running round learning how best to use the fantastic tools coming out of social media to help busy staff listen better to patients.
Currently the things that most excite me are:
- understanding the role of web 2.0 for health services and the role that Patient Opinion can play in this.
- what it means to be a professional in health care
- what medicine in the community will look like in the 21st century.
