Pauline is an innovative HR Leader with 12 years HR related experience and 9 years of management experience. She began her Fortune 500 HR career with IBM as the HR Partner in Taipei and Shanghai. Later she worked for Apple as the HR Manager and relocated to Beijing.
Pauline has been in charge of full HR functions but is highly recognized in talent development. She was also an entrepreneur with her own MNC which had business in New York, Tokyo, Seoul & Taipei.
She holds two masters' degrees from Columbia University, New York, majored in Organizational Leadership & Curriculum and Teaching.
