- Maintain delivery portfolio on a day-to-day basis ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and prioritize correct use of tools and agreed methodology for project delivery
- Perform regular audits of projects and provide audit reports to senior management
- Control the release management process and ensure delivery and document management of all management products
- Maintain the overall capacity management plan for the departments and provide status on overall resource levels
- Communication alignment with different departments in the company
