I am currently a Principal Applied Science Manager in Bing Core Relevance team.
I was a researcher in MSR-SVC from January 2008 to April 2013, working on Web Search, Large-Scale Machine Learning, Distributed Data-Parallel Computing, Computer Vision, and Online-Service Security and Intelligence. I led the WISE project on large-scale web image search and exploration, and the Optimus project--a framework for dynamically rewriting an execution plan graph in distributed data-parallel computing at runtime. While in MSR, I also worked as a Technical Lead in Bing Relevance team from December 2012 to April 2013.
