I have been a Registered Nurse since 1996 and am currently working as the Clinical Educator for Cypress Pointe Surgical Hospital in Hammond, Louisiana. The challenges of being a clinical educator involve assessing the needs of staff, both clinical and non-clinical and implementing a plan for improvement. This improvement is based on current evidence based research and the specific needs of our staff at Cypress Pointe Surgical Hospital. I enjoy working with other team members toward a common goal...to provide the best patient care in the area while maintaining involvement in local and national organizations.
