At the peak time, client may waist much time in tax office to pay the tax. Therefore, post office was authorized to get the tax but under the tax office. In addition, staffs were take the documents, scan, send it to tax office after the checked document calculation the tax and give the receipt to client and get the money with POST system, insert the data in the client document.
