Ray is a member of the Navajo Nation, bilingual in Navajo and English. He is currently the Health Services Administrator of the Navajo Nation's Department of Behavioral Health, located in Window Rock, AZ. As HSA, he manages the development of the Navajo Nation鈥檚 behavioral health service delivery system. This includes coordination and collaboration with regional agencies to improve services.
