I wasn't always a fitness professional. Previously I worked in the banking sector but deep down, I always knew something was missing. I decided to take a leap of faith and follow my ultimate passion in life. To help people improve their health and fitness and to take control of their lives.
I started Reece Mander Fitness as a tool to help people understand their bodies and their health. I wanted to teach people how to weight train safely and effectively to produce fat loss, while keeping them healthy.
