The People's Collection represents an important ‘One Wales’ Political commitment from the National Assembly for Wales to develop an innovative approach to collect, interpret, distribute and discuss Wales' cultural heritage in an online environment.
I manage the complete programme that involves spending a budget of £2.4 million and driving the following strands to deliver a multi stakeholder national (Wales) project:
