I was awarded as the Champion /Best Presenter in the PowerPoint Presentation Competition all over the province of Negros Occidental during the Student Technologists and Entrepreneurs of the Philippines Division Skills Development and Competition in 2010 and as the Champion in the Not a FOE: Functions of Excel Competition among all the high schools in Negros Occidental in 2009. Effective Communicator I effectively communicate myself either orally (even in a large crowd or group of people) or written and more so when it comes to interpersonal communication. I can convey my ideas clearly and critically and deal with other people in a professional manner. I was awarded in several speaking competitions and debates all over Region VI and Negros Occidental, had received profound distinctions in class and departmental reports and pursued several successful activities mobilizing Lasallian students and faculty alike. Versatile I am flexible with time, responsibilities and people. I get to adapt with new things and could easily come up with resolves when needed in the spur of the moment. I dont mind going out of my comfort zone when I need to accomplish things and stick with plans or go out of it for the sake of making the output better. LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCES Senate President University of St. La Salle Student Government Legislative Branch (2012-2015) TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: I am tasked to preside every session, to supervise and administer the activities and affairs of the office and to represent it in any meetings deemed essential for the office and the USG and the student body as a whole including reporting for the Activity Summary Report in front of the school administrators and thinking of and planning out of new programs and advocacy. HIGHLIGHTS: We were able to launch Pulso Lasalyano which aimed of understanding the needs and opinions of every Lasallian and provide for new advocacy to respond to such. I was awarded as the Most Outstanding Student in the field of Student Service as a Leader during the Corps dElite Awards. In Sales and Marketing, new and innovative ideas are very much needed in order to ensure the consistency of our productivity in the market. Providing for an advocacy to a determined concern is like providing for a strategy to an emerging trend, need or want. Negros Occidental Legislators League Federation President (2013-2014) TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Convene with school presidents/Senate presidents of the different colleges and universities in the province to discuss their concerns and problems in school and provide for possible solutions or responses. HIGHLIGHTS: We were able to draft/revise the constitution and by-laws of three schools and establish committees for the launch of five new programs in six different campuses. Because of the opportunity to convene with a multitude of personalities and to understand each others needs, I could interpersonally relate with other people (met even for the first time) efficiently and be able to come up with brilliant outputs. Sales and Marketing paralleled to flexibility and effective communication to respond to our consumers preferences from competent troubleshooting.

Lasallian Ambassador (2011-2015) TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Represent the university and the university student government during conferences and conventions within or outside the campus and provide for the mobility of students during the conduct of several projects spearheaded by the administration and the USG. HIGHLIGHTS: We were able to successfully launch Animotion, Lasallianation, AnimoNation and Kaya Lasalista in four years aimed at promoting the identity of Lasallians within themselves and in the larger community thus promoting La Salle in the province. This could be equated as an experience in Sales and Marketing because we get to create our brand and promote it to a larger scale of people mobilizing minimal resources and get a sensible feedback.
