- 3. Varsity division I team comprising of 10 seniors, 8 juniors,12 sophomores &16 freshmen.Team Total of 46.
- 4. This is me

- 7. This year my class wanted to try doing something new
- 8. Because sadly its time for our seniors to Graduate
- 9. Which means we are now in charge of the team!

- 16. Missing $2 Tuesday, flip-night, Thursday, Friday & Senior Sunday nights at the Bars
- 17. missing Mayfest
- 18. giving up their Christmas holidays
- 20. missing Easter
- 21. & their own Graduation!
- 22. Its our chance to say
- 24. This year the juniors are hosting the 2013/ 2014 senior appreciation day senior appreciation day
- 25. I have two leaders for this project:
- 26. this is Alicea Kochis assistant coach and organizer of the Womens Rowing team
- 27. this is georgia hamilton acclaimed leader of the Junior class
- 28. They have agreed to help me organize the senior event
- 29. senior appreciation day + SWR graduation lunch = = = =
- 30. The official date MAY 11 @ 12.30pm
- 32. for this event I propose developing these artifacts:
- 33. 1.AVideo combining footage of training sessions, still images of important moments & messages from senior team members
- 34. Why it should be made It is a tangible artifact that will withstand time well and allow it to be enjoyed for many years to come
- 35. It will be a visual reminder to the senior time spent on the team and the happy memories they made. Why it should be made
- 36. 2.A Senior Poster To be hung and signed at the lunch and featured in the seniors scrapbooks (also made by the Juniors)
- 37. Why it should be made It is an effective way to identify the graduating seniors and give the alumni and parents a chance to write a message of their choice to the girls
- 38. Why it should be made It is an interesting take on a standard photo and can be used both as a poster and again in the scrap books that the juniors traditional make for each senior.
- 39. 3.The event itinerary bio of each graduating senior, an outline of the event & menu
- 40. Why it should be made This will keep the event running smoothly, on time and will let people know exactly what is happening and when it will be happening.
- 41. Why it should be made This will give the attendants of the lunch the essential event information they need as well as a brief bio on each senior that the attendants can read if they have extra time during the event/ if they get bored.

- 45. Problems? 1. Finalizing the event date 2. Merging Senior Appreciation Day & the Graduation Lunch 3. Getting access to the SU Athletic Head Shots
- 46. Solution 1. Keeping communication open with Alicea and Georgia 2. Staying Organized 3. Being (very) flexible 4. Proposing new ideas and staying open to other alternative possibilities
- 47. These artifacts will help create an effective, organized & Moving day
- 48. The Proposed Artifacts The video, the poster and the event itinerary artifacts will allow for an organized day where people are able to focus on the seniors and celebrate their amazing four years at Syracuse.
