Responsible for the performance and development of 8 National Account Managers, focussed on the delivery of all financial and customer objectives. Primarily focussed on the delivery of ongoing revenues from Exchequer financial software, I also have responsibility for helping the wider organisation adopt best practice in account management and customer service.
A key part of this role is spending time in the field with my team, observing and identifying areas for improvement and ways to help them maximise their sales performance. It is also the best way to gain customer insight, both from a product and experience perspective.
