Since graduating college, my goal was to become a Research Scientist. I started out as a Microbiology Technician, processing media for tissues used in reconstructive surgery to identify bacterial growth. That position was rewarding, as it was the first time I was exposed to a clinical setting, FDA regulations and asceptic techniques.
