I am currently a Ph.D student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Michigan State University. I received my B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Control) from AmirKabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic), Tehran, Iran in 2008.
Currently, I am a research assistant at Smart Microsystems Lab, under supervision of Dr. Xiaobo Tan. My research interests include robotics (soft robotics), joint design, system modeling and mechatronics. My dissertation topic is design and development of a bio mimetic robotic fish.
