Worked in the Hotel Industry with various positions from 1995 to end of 2006. After that start teaching in Mandalay Hotel and Tourism Training Centre (MHTTC). Now lecturing in MCC Training Institute(Mandalay Campus), Mandalay Polytechnic, Chindwin College and Brain Box Acumen School of Management.
My Specialized subjects are Hospitality Management,Tourism Management, HRM, Marketing, Airline Business etc.
I've received EMBA from AMII and MBA from Shinawatra Uninversity, Bangkok, Thailand in 2015 and pursuing Ph.D. in Management. I hope it will be achieved within 3 years.
