I am a Spanish wine and ham lover. Just love wines, specially Spanish wines but also South American and Californian (Zinfandel) wines. A good glass of red Spanish wine with Jamon Iberico is nearly unbeatable :) Wines have always been around me since i was a little kid. My dad used to keep at least a dozen of bottles at any given time if you understand what I mean! After many years and many bottles I decided to get a diploma or a degree in Wine.
