In the Lean Professorship we develop methods for introducing continuous improvement in SME's. I am project manager in several improvement projects in manufacturing companies (training and coaching).
Part of the Lean Professorship is the European QRM Center, The QRM Center is an initiative of HAN University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with the QRM Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Groningen. Our mission is to develop and share QRM knowledge and experience with companies like yours who want to reduce lead times and improve their production efficiency.
