I am a personal and professional coach and counselor for women specializing in empowerment, career building and life balance coaching. I received my training for both social work and coaching at NYU. I've worked on and off as a social worker, mainly in the Health Care industry, for the past sixteen years.
Due to the present state of the economy and general malaise that women are feeling, I am especially motivated to support women to reach inside themselves to uncover their personal or professional goals and assist them with developing strategies for achieving them.
