It all started my freshman year in college where I was the coxswain for a Freshman Eight rowing team. Ever since then I've been setting the tempo, managing synchrony, influencing improvements and setting course corrections. (btw, we beat the JV's)
Today, I'm a versatile, experienced manager/ leader in program/project management, product development/introduction and field/factory operations. I excel at building/turning around diverse cross-functional teams and delivering measurable value to customers.
