Stephen Shellman possesses a variety of professional accomplishments. Among a number of ongoing roles, he currently works as Research Scientist for The College of William & Mary’s Institute for the Theory and Practice of International Relations. Stephen Shellman directs the Violent Intranational Political Conflict and Terrorism Research Laboratory (VIPCAT), which he created through the Institute in 2007. In this capacity, he oversees a team of 10 VIPCAT employees as well as a number of externally affiliated professors.
