I have designed and developed new publications for journalism organizations and for the marketing communications initiatives of corporations. For example, I served as an editorial consultant with the Library of Congress in the development of its magazine, Civilization, which won the National Magazine Award in its first year of publication. Another project I directed was the redesign and marketing repositioning of Lamaze Parents' Magazine, the country's predominant childbirth education magazine.
