I am a M.Sc in Physiology from Presidency College, Kolkata and Ph.D from CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Biology (IICB). Then I was am a Post Doc at Chang Gung University, Taiwan. Where, I was regularly doing mammalian cell (U2OS, HEK293, 293T, HeLa, etc. & different stable clones) and bacterial cell culture, primary cell culture, mouse embryonic fibroblast culture. baterial transformation, plasmid purification, transfection, lentiviral transfection, RNA isolation, RT-PCR, PCR, ELISA, western blotting, immunoprecipitation assay, immunofluorescence staining, microscopy and FACS for cell cycle analysis.
