Tobacco Control Evaluation Center (TCEC) is part of The Center for Program Evaluation and Research at UC Davis offers consulting and training in evaluation of social service and disease prevention programs. It also serves as the state-wide evaluation technical assistance provider for California鈥檚 tobacco control programs, where it is known as the Tobacco Control Evaluation Center (TCEC).
