• More than 8 year experience with International Nongovernmental Organizations; • Have an extensive experience in conducting the needs assessment, program design and implementation, concept paper and proposals writing; • Have a significant amount of training skills, caching and mentoring experience in groups setting as well as at individual level. I feel also comfortable in taking advisory role; • Have valuable experience working with different vulnerable groups as: internally displaced people (IDP’s), refugees, orphans, youth, women, immigrants, ethnic minorities.
