works package. The role involved undertaking a number of full project management duties that followed specific
client protocol and pressing deadlines on a high number of projects simultaneously. The team successfully delivered
the 贈250 million fiscal stimulus package that provided additional maintenance and renewal works for civil
engineering assets. Works were completed at a total of 1,017 sites.
2013 Atrium 2 - UOG, Cardiff  Full preparation of order of cost estimate for the University of Glamorgan to
provide an assessment of the cost associated with the current proposed design in relation to the available project
budget of 12.5 million. The project works comprise of a new build four storey teaching facility and separate two
storey student union building.
2013 South Devon UTC - Full preparation of a preliminary estimate through to cost plan standard for South
Devon University Technical College. The project works comprised of the construction of a new build mixed-use
college facility with a gross internal floor area of 4,920 m族.
2012 CUB Demolition, Newport  Initial cost estimate, full preparation of tender and contract documents for
Caerphilly County Council for the demolition of the existing CUB building at the Former LG Site, Newport.
2011 St Teilos High School, Cardiff  Assistance in the preparation of the order of cost estimate for Cardiff
city council to provide an assessment of the cost associated with the proposed design in relation to the available
project budget. The 贈26 million project comprises of the construction of a new build 1,450 pupil school. Responsible

2011 Four Private Residential Apartments and Tesco Retail Shell Unit, Llantwit Fardre  Franklin +
Andrews were appointed by Natwest Cymru to provide bank monitoring services in respect of the above 贈400,
000 development. The role involved the drafting of an initial report to the bank covering all financial and
contractual matters, based on the available contract and project information, with a recommendation to proceed.
Once the contract was in place, we were involved in producing monthly drawdown reports to the bank,
recommending the release of funds to the developer, having visited the site to review progress and vetted the
developers application for payment.
2010 The Works 2, Llanelli  贈12 million project to construct a new theatre in Llanelli. Acting as an assistant
quantity surveyor during the second stage of a two stage design and build tendering process. Responsible for
assessing the quantities and rates within the returned tenders to ensure the tenders represent the true extent and
cost of the works, and providing the client with confidence they were paying the correct contract sum and
