Shih-Wei Chen received LL.M. Degree from National Yunlin University of Sci & Tech, wrote a thesis "Research on the European Union Renewable Energy Law – Examples on the Sustainable Development Criteria of Biofuel in the Transport Sector". He received another Bachelor Degree(law school and political science) from the National Chung Cheng University.
He is currently working as an Research Assitant (Division of Controlled Drugs) and Legal Administrator (Division of Planning and Research Development) at the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration(TFDA), Taipei.
